About us

TotalFitGoals  was created with the mission to bring together those individuals with a passion for weightlifting, calisthenics, longterm health and overall fitness and athleticism.  We wish to empower individuals to reach their fitness aspirations,  keeping in mind both the short-term and long-term goals, understanding that it is important (and fun!) to gain muscle and strength in the short term, but it is also crucial to maintain them, as well as a healthy, functioning body for the rest of our lives. Having trained for many years, we understand that there are many subtleties and complexities regarding fitness that are not often discussed: that is the purpose of the blog posts on Totalfitgoals. We wish to share thoughts, stories, experiences, training routines and much more, so that everyone, whether beginner or experienced,  can hopefully learn and grow from hearing about our experience.
